About Community Church BerliN

Community Church Berlin is an international, English-speaking Christian church in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. We are a welcoming community of people from many nations who gather to worship Jesus, study the Bible, and grow in faith together.

Whether you are new to Berlin, searching for an English-speaking church, or exploring the Christian faith, you are warmly invited. Through worship gatherings, small groups across Berlin, and regular community events, we seek to build meaningful relationships and live out our faith in everyday life.

As part of the wider Christian community and connected to the International Baptist Convention and the German Baptist Union (BEFG), we are committed to biblical teaching, authentic worship, and serving our city.

  • Small Groups are intimate gatherings of around 6–12 people that meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays across Berlin. They are a space for Bible study, discussion, prayer, and building genuine friendships. Each group has its own character — some are mixed, some men-only, and some are kid-friendly.

  • Yes! We run Kigo during every Worship Gathering — a fun, age-appropriate programme in English and German where Kita-age children can explore the Christian faith while parents enjoy the service.

  • Our Worship Gathering runs from 11:00 to 12:00 — about an hour. But the doors open at 10:00 if you'd like to join us for prayer and an informal time together before the service. Afterwards, we love to share lunch together — so feel free to stay!

  • Yes — all our Worship Gatherings are held in English, making us a welcoming space for internationals and expats in Berlin.

  • Not at all! We don't collect money during the service, and we have no expectations of first-time visitors. Giving is entirely voluntary — a way for regular members and attendees of our community to support the church as God leads them.
